Man Global Private Markets (Man GPM), Man Group’s private markets investment business, has announced three appointments as Man GPM continues to expand its presence in the U.S. real estate market.
Anthony Cazazian joined as head of U.S. residential real estate. He will oversee the U.S. residential debt and equity businesses. He joins Man Group with 14 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in a variety of roles, including CIO at Renters Warehouse, executive vice president and head of originations at B2R Finance (now Finance of America Commercial), and vice president at Goldman Sachs in their real estate investment banking and finance groups.
Eric Atlas joined as head of U.S. residential debt. He will oversee investment origination, underwriting and execution activity for residential real estate debt.
