Maja Procz named head of transactions at Commerz Real

Maja Procz has been named the new global head of transactions at Commerz Real.

She succeeds Henning Koch, who was appointed to the board of managing directors of the company in April, where he is now responsible for the areas of transactions and asset management, among others. In her role, Procz will be responsible for coordinating all international real estate sales and purchases.

In the course of her career of more than 25 years in the real estate sector, Procz has been responsible for a transaction volume of more than €3.5 billion ($4.1 billion). Most recently, she was employed in various positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management. She joined the firm in 2006 and successfully developed the business area of mandates and advisory Germany with German and international clients since 2017.
