Madison International Realty has announced the appointment of Ariel Milo as co-head of equity capital markets (ECM). Based in New York, Milo will help lead the firm’s global equity capital markets efforts, focusing on institutional fundraising, capital formation and investor relations across Madison’s global platform and products.
Milo will lead the equity capital markets team as part of a globally aligned effort alongside his fellow co-head, Michael Siefert, who is based in Frankfurt and has been with Madison since 2003. Milo will spearhead U.S. ECM initiatives and work closely with Siefert to serve the firm’s global investor base.
Prior to joining Madison, Milo served in senior capital markets and capital formation roles in multiple real asset investment firms, where he led capital-raising initiatives and cultivated relationships with global institutional investors.
