Madison International Realty appoints Akaash Shah as vice president of investments

Akaash Shah has been named vice president of investments at Madison International Realty.

Based in Madison’s London office, Shah will focus on advancing the firm’s activities in real estate growth platform investing.

Shah brings more than a decade of real estate experience, most recently as a principal at Accord Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing strategic growth capital investments in early to mid-stage real estate platforms across the United Kingdom and Europe.

Previously, Shah worked at HSBC in the infrastructure and real estate investment banking group. Before that, he began his career in the investment banking group at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
