Madison International Realty has announced its 2025 promotions who will join the firm’s growing team of managing directors — Nausheen Hussain, Adam Menson and Christopher Muoio.
Hussain has been named managing director, human resources. She has been a member of the Madison team for more than 10 years. Hussain oversees Madison’s global human resources team, managing the firm’s human capital processes, employee retention, corporate social responsibility initiatives, talent acquisition and organizational development.
Menson has been named managing director, accounting and finance. Having joined Madison in 2012, Menson has dedicated 13 years to the firm. He oversees the firm’s corporate finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, financing, valuations, employee compensation, insurance and treasury.
