The platform will be led by a management team that comprises John Cobb, CEO; Philip Kayden, CIO; Elliot Pessis, COO; Sean O’Malley, managing director, finance; and Holden Torrens, director of investments.
The management team collectively brings more than 75 years of experience in the senior housing sector and has collectively been involved in more than $50 billion worth of healthcare real estate transactions.
Health Wave Partners has plans to partner with global institutions to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.
