MA Financial has acquired two Australian retail assets for nearly A$190 million ($136 million), according to The Australian.
The investment manager is acquiring Taigum Square in Brisbane from Vicinity Centres for A$120 million ($86 million) and has agreed to acquire the ECQ XL large-format retail center in Western Sydney for nearly A$70 million ($50 million).
