M7 Real Estate launches proptech venture capital firm

M7 Structura, a new European-focused venture capital firm dedicated to real estate technology, has launched its first fund, which will invest in revenue-generating proptech companies from the institutional seed investment to series-A fundraising stages.

The M7 Structura team is led by Conan Lauterpacht, who was previously head of corporate venturing at Altus Group and is an active angel investor. Prior to this he served as COO of Voyanta, a commercial real estate data management and reporting solution provider, where he was responsible for business operations and sales, a series-A fundraise and the subsequent sale of the business to Altus Group in 2014.

“The potential for the deployment of technology throughout the real estate value chain is huge, and by launching M7 Structura we plan to connect capital, technology and real estate to help unlock this potential,” said Lauterpacht, managing partner of M7 Structura.
