Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System (LACERS) has approved a $50 million commitment to Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners IV-B.
Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners IV-B is a global opportunistic real estate fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
The investment was approved in a closed session at LACERS’ July 27 meeting.
