Longfellow Real Estate Partners announced the expansion of its U.K. platform with the addition of Tom French as director of design & construction.
French will lead the firm’s development activities in the United Kingdom, collaborating closely within the Longfellow group to oversee conversions, developments, and redevelopments to deliver thoughtful and sustainable, best-in-class R&D space and amenities.
French joins Longfellow with a proven record of development success. In his previous role, he served as development director with EDGE Technologies, one of Europe’s leading sustainably focused commercial developers, where he was a member of the firm’s senior leadership team with responsibility for the U.K. development portfolio and team. Prior to EDGE, French spent 13 years at Derwent London, a London-focused REIT.
