LondonMetric Property has exchanged on the sale of five assets for £42.8 million (€50.1 million/$54.5 million).
Three of the assets have been sold individually for £25.3 million (€29.59/$32.21 million). They include a 58,000-square-foot long-income asset in Durham let to LIDL and The Range, which sold for £14.1 million (€16.6 million/$18.1 million; a 28,000 square-foot urban warehouse in Croydon let to HTC, which sold for £8.1 million (€9.5 million/$10.3 million); and a long-income property close to London Bridge, which sold for £3.1 million (€3.6 million/$3.9 million).
The other two assets are urban warehousing estates that have been sold as a portfolio for £17.5 million (€20.5 million/$22.3 million), includes 34,000 square feet in Croydon across 17 units, and 8,000 square feet in Oxford across eight units.
