WR Berkley has plans to sell The Scalpel office tower in London to Singaporean investor Ho Bee Land for more than £800 million (€959 million/$1.1 billion), reported the Financial Times.
Completed in 2018, the 38-story, 620-foot-tall The Scalpel is located on Lime Street in London’s financial area, south of the River Thames.
The deal would mark the biggest-ever overseas acquisition for Ho Bee Land.
