London Borough of Camden seeks development partner for transformative mixed-use project

The London Borough of Camden is launching a procurement process to find a development partner for a mixed-use redevelopment opportunity on Camley Street in London. The council is seeking a development partner with a proven track record for delivering high-quality, commercial-led schemes targeting the “knowledge economy.”

With an anticipated gross development value of £500 million ($622 million), the Camley Street opportunity consists of 3.56 acres across two council-owned sites, which are part of the council’s Community Investment Program (CIP). CIP aims to invest more than £2.3 billion ($3 billion) to deliver 4,850 homes and provide affordable housing supply in Camden.
