Partners Group and Logos have sold their joint logistics investment in Australia for A$129 million ($90 million), according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
The 32-hectare development is located in Yennora in Sydney’s west.
Logos and Partners Group acquired the 32-hectare englobo property in a sale-and-leaseback transaction in 2015 for A$47 million ($33 million).
