LOGOS acquires newly built logistics facility in Yeoju, Korea

LOGOS has acquired a newly built logistics facility in Yeoju, Korea. The financial details were not disclosed.

This is LOGOS’ second asset in Korea.

LOGOS has secured a lease for a substantial portion of the 42,500-square-meter (457,466-square-foot) facility with one of the largest 3PL companies in Korea.

The LOGOS Yeoju Logistics Center is within one of Korea’s core logistics markets on National Route 3, providing accessibility to Seoul and the surrounding Seoul Capital Area. The property is a fully dry facility, with four warehousing floors and additional mezzanine office space.
