Logik Developments has submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council for a U.K. commercial scheme that will form part of the €1.12 billion ($1.27 billion) Mayfield Masterplan.
The plans will see the developer transform the land on Baring Street — next to the Mayfield Park — to create 215,000 square feet of commercial office space and a 170,000-square-foot hotel, with plans to start on site in second quarter 2021, which is subject to planning approval.
The office accommodation spans 12 stories. OBI has been appointed to market the scheme.
