Lineage announces JV with Vietnam’s SK Logistics

Lineage Logistics, a temperature-controlled industrial REIT, has partially closed a joint venture arrangement with Hanoi-based cold-storage warehouse operator SK Logistics.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
