Lincoln Property Co. has appointed Jennifer Lundmark as head of distribution and investor relations. In this new role, Lundmark will oversee global capital raising and investor relations for Lincoln’s investment management division, Lincoln Capital Advisers.
Lundmark joins Lincoln from Manulife Financial Corporation, where she most recently served as senior managing director and head of institutional sales, North America. In this capacity, she led a team of 29 business development and relationship management professionals, managing Manulife’s $70 billion assets under management platform across public securities, private strategies and funds in North America. Lundmark previously served as Manulife’s global head of private markets distribution and global head of real estate fundraising. Her career also includes leadership roles at American Realty Advisors and Goldman Sachs.
