A partnership of Lincoln Equities Group and Victoria Industrial Properties has secured acquisition financing and a joint venture equity investment to capitalize the Dulles Corridor Shallow Bay Portfolio, a 308,656-square-foot industrial and flex portfolio comprising seven buildings in Northern Virginia.
The portfolio comprises seven shallow-bay and flex industrial buildings totaling 308,656 square feet across 40 suites. At closing, the portfolio was 90 percent occupied by a diversified mix of industrial, warehouse, distribution, healthcare, technology, defense and consumer-service tenants.
Built between 1986 and 2001, the assets feature clear heights ranging from 14 to 18 feet, multiple drive-in doors and dock-high loading capabilities designed to accommodate a broad range of users.
