Lendlease has agreed to sell the Santa Giulia development site in Milan to Bizzi & Partners, a real estate development company led by Davide Bizzi, according to a report from Il Sole 24 Ore.
The site is one of Milan’s largest real estate development projects. The remaining buildable area totals about 385,000 square meters (4.1 million square feet), including more than 277,000 square meters (3 million square feet) of residential space, 59,000 square meters (635,071 square feet) of retail space, 30,657 square meters (329,989 square feet) of office space and 17,500 square meters (188,368 square feet) of hospitality space. The residential portion is expected to include about 3,000 apartments. The project also includes about 200,000 square meters (2.1 million square feet) of green space.
