Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge buy Boston Landing life sciences development site

A partnership of Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge has acquired  60 Guest Street, a land parcel fully approved for a state-of-the-art life sciences development in the Boston Landing campus in Allston/Brighton, Mass. The sales price was $67 million. 

The seller was NB Development Group.
