LendInvest has announced a £150 million (€176 million/$208 million) partnership with Barclays and HSBC to provide finance to property entrepreneurs around the United Kingdom and help the supply of new and upgraded energy-efficient property.
The partnership aims to enable borrowers to access property finance in as little as a matter of days, rather than months. Other partners of LendInvest include JP Morgan, Citibank, National Australia Bank and HSBC, among others.
