Legal & General has plans to appoint Rothschild to oversee a potential sale of its housebuilder arm Cala, according to Reuters.
Cala, which comprises Cala Homes and sister company Legal & General Homes, could sell for £1 billion (€1.17 billion/$1.26 billion) for L&G, according to a Sky News report.
