Legacy Partners has hired Graham Johnston as vice president of development in Texas. Johnston will be responsible for all site acquisitions, development, due diligence, entitlements, design and asset management throughout the state. Ben Adams, a newly hired development associate, will join him in Legacy’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Legacy Partners, Johnston was a development manager with Integrated Real Estate Group, where he managed several projects in all stages of design and city review, with a combined project value of more than $450 million, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Johnston was previously a development manager at JPI, a national developer and builder of class A multifamily, where he evaluated and negotiated deal terms for multifamily development sites and was responsible for all pre-development activities.
