Laurie Golub named COO of Square Mile Capital

Square Mile Capital Management has appointed Laurie Golub as COO of the company.

Golub, a well-known and highly regarded real estate industry veteran, officially joins the firm on Jan. 8, 2018.

Golub has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the industry. Prior to joining Square Mile, she held leadership positions at HFZ Capital Group, Africa Israel USA and Forest City Ratner Companies.

The announcement advances Square Mile’s ambitious growth plans. In recent years, the firm has undertaken and made significant progress toward its transformation from a single-strategy opportunity fund sponsor into a multi-strategy real estate platform in an integrated strategic partnership with USAA Real Estate, building a strong track record on behalf of its investment partners.
