LatAm Logistic Properties has started the construction of two logistic buildings for a total of 30,260 square meters (325,716 square feet) in LatAm Parque Logístico San José – Verbena, a new master-planned class A logistics park located in the downtown Alajuelita submarket of San José, Costa Rica.
The two buildings have three pre-lease agreements totaling 17,190 square meters (185,032 square feet) to companies dedicated to ecommerce, import and distribution of home furnishings, and marketing and distribution of health products. The buildings will be delivered between fourth quarter 2021 and second quarter 2022.
