Singapore-based Straits Trading has acquired Bourne Business Park, a 16,942-square-meter (182,364-square-foot) office facility in Addlestone, Surrey, according to a statement.
The sales price was £76.7 million (€85.96 million/$102 million). The property is strategically located near established transport links and has a current occupancy of 96 percent leased to office tenants spanning across various industries.
The seller was not undisclosed; however, Mingtiandi reported LaSalle Investment Management was the seller.
