LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Matthew Sgrizzi as fund manager of LaSalle Encore+. Sgrizzi will transition from his current role as CIO, portfolio manager of LaSalle Securities, creating advancement opportunities for the Securities leadership team.
David Ironside informed LaSalle Encore+ investors in 2025 that he was planning his succession and would transition from fund manager to chairman of LaSalle Encore+ in 2026, upon selecting a suitable candidate. During Sgrizzi’s tenure as CIO, portfolio manager of LaSalle Securities, the business consistently delivered strong investment performance. His 23-year career at LaSalle demonstrates exceptional leadership and deep institutional knowledge across multiple market cycles.
Sgrizzi will relocate from Baltimore to LaSalle’s Paris office in August, working closely with Ironside through an extensive transition process extending into 2027 to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and continuity for LaSalle Enc
