The acquisition was made on behalf of LaSalle Asia Opportunity VI, LaSalle's Asia-Pacific opportunistic real estate fund.
Completed in November 2023, the property is situated in the Shinjuku submarket, a three-minute walk from JR Yoyogi Station and within walking distance of Shinjuku Station. The building offers 6,056 square meters (65,186 square feet) of net rentable area across 14 stories, featuring efficient 373-square-meter (4,015-square-foot) floor plates, expansive full-height windows on both the north and south facades, and panoramic views over Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
