Catalyst Investment Partners has sold and recapitalized two IOS portfolios totaling 18 properties valued at $163.5 million with a large state pension fund.
The portfolios span seven high-barrier-to-entry, supply-constrained markets across the East Coast, acquired over the past four years by Catalyst’s first and second IOS funds. The portfolios are leased to high-quality tenants across a diverse range of industries, including equipment rental, ecommerce, logistics, home services, building materials and infrastructure, among others.
