The $48 billion Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association has rehired The Townsend Group as its real estate consultant.
An RFP for consulting services was posted earlier this year. According to recent meeting documents, the other finalist for the position was Callan Associates.
The Townsend Group has been the pension fund’s real estate consultant since 1992.
