The $48 billion Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association has issued an RFP for a general investment consultant. Its current consultant is Wilshire Associates.
The RFP is available on LACERA’s website. Proposals are due April 17, with finalist interviews and a selection by the board on Aug. 12.
The pension fund’s real estate portfolio has a target allocation of 10 percent, and LACERA currently has 11 percent of its assets invested in the asset class.
