Kristen Vosmaer has joined JLL as a managing director for its growing data center work dynamics business.
In this role, Vosmaer is responsible for data center growth initiatives, building strong relationships and guiding high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Vosmaer has worked within the data center industry for more than 20 years, with experience and knowledge of operational excellence, organizational development and team building, customer success, technology and product road mapping and partnerships. A native of the Netherlands, he’s created and managed international teams and worked across industries to leverage his knowledge of energy, construction, technology and design. He led teams comprising more than 550 operators and technicians across 13 countries, supporting more than 800 megawatts of data centers and managed service projects for more than 200 sites.
