The KanAm Grund Group has acquired an office property in Dublin.
The purchase was made on behalf of Korean Hana Financial Investment Co., as investor, and JR AMC Co., a South Korean REIT, as asset manager.
The sales price was €106 million ($121 million).
The eight-story property is Dublin Landings 2, a new construction project. It is leased for 20 years to WeWork. The office is located in Dublin’s northern docklands, which are undergoing a complete renovation to become Dublin’s financial and technology hub.
The transaction represents the first deal concluded by KanAm Grund REAM in Ireland.
