Klépierre sells two retail malls for €212m

Klépierre has signed an agreement for the disposal of two retail malls for a total consideration of €212.2 million ($263.5 million) to Carmila.

The two retail malls are anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket.

Grand Vitrolles (Klépierre equity interest 83 percent; CNP 17 percent), located near Marseille, France, is a 262,101-square-foot gallery with 80 retail units adjacent to a Carrefour hypermarket of 220,000 square feet.

Gran Via de Hortaleza, fully owned by Klépierre and located in Madrid, Spain, is a 68,000-square-foot gallery with 70 retail units and a Carrefour hypermarket of 118,000 square feet.
