French shopping center REIT/SIIC Klépierre has promoted group head of mergers and acquisitions Cyrille Deslandes to the role of CIO as of Dec. 31.
He served for three years at Klépierre as a group head of M&A.
Deslandes started his career at Deloitte in 2002 where he became a manager of specialization in due diligence and valuation in France and the United States. He joined HSBC in 2007 as the M&A director in real estate, hotels and leisure.
Deslandes is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School/Ludwig Maximilian Universität Programm.
