Singapore-based Keppel Capital is preparing to sell two office buildings, Nonhyeon Building and Hannuri Building, in Seoul, less than two years after it acquired them for around KRW 200 billion ($180 million), reported KED Global.
Hannuri Building is a 15-story high-rise building in Jongno-gu, totaling 13,007 square meters (140,006 square feet). And the 20-story Nonhyeon Building in Gangnam-gu totals 18,606 square meters (200,273 square feet).
