Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson announced the appointment of Jake Harris as managing director, who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s industrial and logistics investment activities in the United Kingdom. Wilson will also look beyond the industrial and logistics sector for attractive standalone and thematic acquisitions.
Wilson brings 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has spent the past three years as investment director at Paloma Capital, deploying capital from its value-add funds and U.K. industrial joint venture.
Wilson is rejoining Kennedy Wilson, having previously worked at the company from 2013 to 2021. During his time with the business, he was integral to the establishment and growth of the company’s U.K. platform and led the investment and asset management of Kennedy Wilson’s industrial and logistics portfolio.
