Kansas commits $175m to real estate

The $16.6 billion Kansas Public Employees Retirement System has committed up to $175 million to PRISA, according to recent meeting documents. The open-end core real estate fund is managed by Prudential Real Estate Investors.

PRISA invests in all property types across the United States. Other commitments to the fund have come from the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, the New Mexico State Invest
