Developer JPI has plans to sell a portfolio of five apartment properties with about 2,000 units in the Dallas area, reported Dallas News.
The buyer is reported to be Lone Star Funds.
Units are located in Dallas, Irving, Richardson and Farmers Branch.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed in the article.
