Jonathan Rose Cos. has named Alix Rice managing director of investor relations and capital formation. Rice will lead the company’s investor relations team, serving as the key liaison for its network of investors, consultants and strategic partners.
Rice brings more than 20 years of experience across investor relations, capital formation, real estate development, sustainability and communications. In her new role, she will oversee investor relations and capital formation initiatives across the firm’s investment platform, including supporting existing investor relationships, expanding the investor base, guiding capital-raising efforts and communicating the firm’s strategy, performance and impact to current and prospective capital partners.
