Jonathan Rose Cos has appointed Brandon Kearse as president, managing partner and CIO.
Founder and current president Jonathan F.P. Rose continues as CEO, chair of the board of managers, and chair of the investment committee, while Carolyn Au, the firm’s COO, will serve as managing partner, chief risk officer and chief compliance officer.
Kearse joined Jonathan Rose Cos. in 2015 as an associate director and currently serves as partner and co-CIO. In his new role as president, managing partner and CIO, Kearse will drive strategy and oversee operations across acquisitions, recapitalizations, and investor relations, while continuing to usher forward the firm’s mission of creating environmentally sustainable and socially responsible housing.
