Toshiaki Hori, former director and executive vice president of Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd., as executive director, capital markets at JLL Japan. His hire will further bolster JLL’s growing presence in the Kansai region following the appointment of Takeshi Ueda as head of Kansai capital markets and head of the Osaka office in April.
Based in Osaka, Hori will serve as executive director in capital markets, collaborating with JLL teams in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and global offices, and support real estate investments and transactions for investors in the Japanese market. He will also focus on providing consulting services for domestic companies on real estate strategy development and utilization.
