JLL names Pei Wang to Asia Pacific equity advisory team

JLL has announced the appointment of Pei Wang to the regional equity advisory team. Based in Hong Kong, she will work with the wider regional and global equity advisory team providing advisory across fundraising, equity placement and M&A.

Her appointment is consistent with JLL’s global commitment to expanding its investment banking expertise and empowering clients with a broader understanding of local property trends, regulations and markets.

Wang brings extensive investment banking experience to JLL. She spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as executive director within the Asia real estate investment banking team. In this role, she was responsible for originating and executing capital market and M&A transactions, delivering strategic and corporate finance advisory to a diverse range of Asia Pacific industrial, commercial and residential real estate, property management and technology firms.
