JLL has appointed Matt Bennion as head of project and development services (PDS) for Asia Pacific, effective immediately. Based in Singapore, Bennion will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of JLL's Asia Pacific PDS business, ensuring alignment with global PDS objectives and regional Real Estate Management Services goals.
Bennion succeeds Martin Hinge, whose retirement was announced in October 2025.
Most recently, Bennion served as founding owner and CEO of Thrive-AI, an intelligent buildings service provider that helps clients reduce carbon emissions, improve occupant comfort, and lower operating costs through an innovative smart building platform and subscription-based data analytics. He also served as CEO of Reds10, where he developed the company's strategy and brand, repositioning the business as a disruptor in the U.K. construction market through AI technology and volumetric modular construction.
