TH Real Estate has appointed Jason Hernandez as managing director, head of originations for the Americas, effective May 21.
With nearly 20 years of investment experience, Hernandez was most recently with ACORE Capital, a large private debt lender focused on both senior and subordinate commercial real estate loans.
Before ACORE, Hernandez held a number of positions at GE Capital Real Estate, originating debt and equity real estate investments including structuring equity joint venture investments as well as stretch senior mortgage loans and mini-permanent loans.
Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Illinois State University and an MBA in finance and real estate from The Wharton School of Business.
