Ascentris, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm, has announced that Jacque Vedra, CFO, has been named partner. Vedra will join Ascentris’ executive management team to guide the future direction of the company.
Vedra joined Ascentris in 2012, and she is responsible for all financial activities, including the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, institutional reporting, performance measurement, corporate profitability analysis, property debt and long-range strategic planning. Vedra earned an M.S. in finance from the University of Denver, an M.S. in statistics from the University of California at San Diego, and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado. Vedra is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Colorado, a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
