The Jacksonville (Fla.) Police and Fire Pension Fund has committed $15 million to Artemis Healthcare Fund III, according to meeting materials on June 30.
Artemis Healthcare Fund III, a program of Artemis Real Estate Partners, is a closed-end, value-added fund that invests in healthcare, senior housing and medical properties across debt and equity in the United States. The fund has a fundraising goal of $1.5 billion.
As of Dec. 31, 2024, the Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund had $2.8 billion in total assets under management. As of then, the fund had a 15 percent real estate allocation target with $309 million in total real estate assets.
