J.P. Morgan names Tom Klugherz executive director Americas

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has appointed Tom Klugherz as executive director for J.P. Morgan Global Alternative’s real estate Americas platform.

Klugherz is responsible for advising clients in the western U.S. on global real estate investment opportunities and building client partnerships.

Klugherz has spent his entire career in real estate and client service. He joins J.P. Morgan from UBS Realty Investors, where he was executive director, portfolio and client cervices, and responsible for capital raising and client relationships. Earlier in his career, Klugherz worked as COO and principal of MacFarlane Partners, and managing director, investor relations and strategic initiatives, at SSR Realty/BlackRock.
