J.P. Morgan Asset Management has appointed Chad Tredway as global head of real estate. In this new role, he will oversee real estate operations across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, increasing the firm’s global reach and ability to deliver innovative investment opportunities.
Previously, he held senior roles in J.P. Morgan’s real estate banking and commercial lending teams, before leaving to found Trio Investment Group, a boutique real estate investment management firm. J.P. Morgan Asset Management brought Tredway back to J.P. Morgan in 2024, acquiring Trio Investment Group in the process.
